We are looking for a User Experience Designer to join our small development team based in downtown Vancouver. You are passionate about design-led thinking and evangelizing user experiences, and enjoy complex business challenges, pushing boundaries, and working in an agile environment. What you will do.

You will lead the user experience design across our product suite and be an advocate for our users in strategic and tactical discussions. You are a problem solver that will translate high level business requirements into interaction flows and artifacts, and transform them into beautiful, intuitive and functional user interfaces.

Your responsibilities.

  • Simplify and distill complex business processes into intuitive product experiences;
  • Lead brainstorming sessions and facilitate design reviews;
  • Create and rapidly iterate on ideas using process flows, prototypes, wireframes and high-fidelity designs to effectively communicate design strategies and detailed interaction behaviors;

Your qualifications.

  • At least 5 years of experience in designing UX & UI for web and mobile;
  • At least 3 years of experience in the role of interaction architect, experience architect, user experience designer, interaction designer or similar role;
  • Degree or diploma in Design, HCI or related field or equivalent professional experience;
  • Strong portfolio of designs and design artifacts such as wireframes and prototypes that demonstrate proficiency in interaction design;
  • Proficiency in design tools (e.g. Sketch, InVision, InDesign, Photoshop, Axure, Omnigraffle);
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, reporting, analytical and problem solving skills;

What you will do.

You will own infrastructure management and the production environment. Your mission is to help us deploy clean code faster. Through your oversight, release management and continuous integration processes will be rigorous – getting our code into production efficiently. Your responsibilities.

You will be responsible for the entire infrastructure management which includes:

Development infrastructure

  • Identify, recommend, install and configure development infrastructure;
  • In charge of version control, build management, deployment management, dependencies management, continuous integration and delivery, etc.;
  • Identify and implement best practices for organizing the developer’s environment;
  • Design, develop, and implement reusable components that improve performance and processes;

Business Process/Performance

Deployment

  • Build automated deployments using configuration management technology;

Release management

  • Ensure releases are delivered on time and modules are production ready;

Your qualifications.

  • Degree or diploma in Computer Science or relevant work experience;
  • At least 5 years of industry experience in infrastructure engineering/DevOps/system administration;

  • Experience setting up, building and managing MS Azure environments;

What you will do.

We have a super flat org structure, so you’ll get to touch everything from strategy to fixing things. That means you’ll review and tweak the security architecture and roadmap for Lendified’s technology platform and then work closely with the software engineering team to define and champion security policies and standards.

What you’ll do day to day.

  • Conduct regular security reviews to meet security goals — from high-level cloud and web application architecture to OS level parameters:
    • Ensure current practices comply with security policies;
    • Recommend and implement practical changes to security policies and practices;

  • Monitor system security and proactively identify security flaws and vulnerabilities:

What you will do.

  • Preparing lists of prospect companies and contact names that fit within our target market
  • Running prospecting campaigns via telephone, email and social media
  • Qualifying prospective customers based on Lendified key criteria
  • Keeping complete and accurate CRM database records on prospective companies and contacts
  • Working with senior sales team to arrange follow up calls and meetings with interested clients
  • Other sales related tasks as required

Your qualifications.

  • 1-3 years’ experience in inside sales or lead generation roles
  • Interest in prospecting and qualifying customers
  • Flexible, fast learner, self-motivated and goal oriented
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Salesforce.com or other CRM experience is a plus
  • Financial sector or financial background a plus but not necessary
